Good luck. These patterns make huge stuffed plushies. Due to the time constraints, If you want to go smaller you can check out Crafty is Cool. Her’s are about 12″ tall instead of my giant ones. I will get the Foofa pattern up this weekend and I am currently working on Plex.

As for toodee, I feel I must do it to complete the set so it will eventually be up here. They take so long to finish that I have to mix in other projects while I go or I will get bored and never finish them.
I’m new at reading patterns for crochet…so I’m having a hard time reading the pattern for the devil horns. Is there any way you could simplify it for me? I’m not sure what an increase is, or where you link or where you turn? Thanks!
Thanks for visiting. An increase in crochet is two single crochet stitches in one stitch. There are no turns in this pattern and no joining stitches. It is worked in the round like amigurumi.

Sorry for the delay, I don’t know why my page isn’t letting me know when people comment. You can modify it. I would check the gauge and then standard sizing for a 10 year old and increase the stitches to get that size. A pink devil beanie would be really cute.

I actually have it almost done. I am working on the feet now. I keep having to set it aside and work on smaller items for my craft fairs. It will be up. I just can tell you when.
I just finished making brobee for my little grandson who is 3 1/2 yrs. old and plan on giving it to him for Easter. It turned out so cute, and I know he will love it, especially the size. I look for amigurumi patterns all the time also. I wonder if you have the pattern finished for plex and tootie, the fox looking one. I am getting ready to start muno next. Hi there! I am making this tote for Mother’s day! My mom just loves sunflowers! I am just wondering which side of the bag is supposed to be the “right side”? I can’t really tell from the pictures! I assume the back loop crochets are supposed to form a sort of design (and therefore that is the right side), but also I have a section where you can see staggering where I have moved up with each round. Very cute bag-can’t wait to finish up and give it to my Mom!
I made this pattern with a slightly bigger needle (size G) and he ended up huge! He was easily as big as the two year old I made him for. It was pretty awesome to present her with a life-sized Brobee. Thanks.

I have questions for you. The connectors between claws and body? What is that? How many stitches is in row 2 of the white of the eyes?
I have a customer looking for a crab for a barbecue she is having and would like me to make one for her. Your pattern and design seems easy enough to make, and it is very cute.
The connectors are like the legs that attach the claws to the body. There are 12 stitches in the second row of eyes. You do a normal increase and then do two hdc in the same stitch, then a normal increase and repeat.

I love this, I recently decided to make my niece a Bacon scarf, but the only ones out there were a huge intarsia chart or they were just striped. This one has great texture and is only two colors, but the two.strands together rows are genius. I am working on it with a brownish red chunky yarn and an off white tan-ish Homespun. It’s looking great, ill have to email you a picture when its done! There’s several site which have compiled Bacon scarf patterns, and your pattern isn’t on any of them, but then this one is much more recent. Great work, I love it!!!!!
I’m so glad you like it. I like that it allows for a lot of flexibility. You can make it thick or thin and change the colors up at random. Please send me a photo when you finish. I am trying to develop a reader made section so people can see how other’s projects have turned out.
In Round 8, (SC, INC, SC) is 4 stitches done 6 times will equal 24 stitches. You can do (2SC, INC) if you want. I do it this way so there isn’t a spiral indicating the increase stitches on the finished product.
As for 17-19 – the numbering program on my ipad decided to skip some lines and I didn’t notice it until now. Thank you for pointing it out.

Hi Wendy, I have a couple of questions regarding this pattern. I love it btw, I love that it looks like real bacon rather than just a ripple scarf in red and white.
First question- Do you only need one ball of each color of yarn? You don’t list a quantity in your supply list.
Second question- In rows 10 and 18, you say to switch to hook E, but your supply list calls for a G and H hook, no mention of an E.
Could you clarify this to me in an email please? I really appreciate it. Also about how long is the scarf once its done?

Oh my god this is so cool! It isn’t like a lot of other bacon patterns that just have stripes or whatever, this ACTUALLY looks like a strip of bacon. I think I’ll have to make this for my meatatarian friend for her birthday, haha. Great pattern!

You continue the stitches around on the other side. The set up row had you crocheting 18 into your start chain, making three stitches in the last chain. Then you use the unused loops from the start chain (the reverse side) and repeat. Both sides of the set up chain are used.
How did you do your set up row, as I think that might be the issue?
All I can say is, I don’t get it. I have been crocheting for over 40 yrs and this just don’t add up. That is probably why that one woman’s Brobee turned out so big. She had to play with the stitches to make it right in the corners.
Brobee is supposed to be huge. He is almost 3 feet tall when finished. I would be happy to make the pattern clearer if there is a specific question to tell me what the problem is. The patterns are offered for free and I don’t have testers. Comments with specific problems or issues help me and others with the patterns. Comments like this are counterproductive.
I am so glad you like the other patterns. My lift went a little topsy turvy lately and I haven’t had much of a chance to crochet. I also have kids now through marriage and they are a bit old for Yo Gabba Gabba. I have it on my list of things to do. Sadly, I never seem to have any time to crochet. I want the full set so I will get to it. I promise to post it here as soon as it is done.
GOD willing u be able to have some free time to crochet… I too am waiting, and I will wait as long as it takes….. This is my first attempt at Amigurumi and I’m confused. Is this worked in the round? And can you do it with the magic ring process instead if it is in the round? And do you chain any between the rows? Thanks!!
This project is worked in the round. I personally do not like the magic ring, but it is perfectly fine if you want to start your project that way. Do not chain between rounds. You will work in a continuous spiral around the body. The loop stitch shows on the wrong side of the fabric so when you are doing Helga’s quills, you will need to turn the project around. It says so in the pattern. Good luck and let me know if you have more questions.
I used less than one of each. If you want your bacon to be your own individual scarf, feel free to change the colors at random. I wrote down in the pattern when I changed them.

I just finished all my increases in the head and I’m starting on my rounds. After seeing all the comments about being confused on the increases, I thought I’d share a tip that worked for me. Mark the first increases at each end of the work with a contrasting yarn scrap or stitch marker. This will help you realize where those first stitches are so when you come back around you know where to put your next increases. I only had to do this for the first few rounds….then it was all counting! I hope this helps! Thank you so much for the free pattern! I can’t wait to finish this and give it to my daughter for her 2nd birthday!

Ok I have one question on row 4 you finish with 216 Sts. Which I have. So if I sc the first 2sts then do the () part which is 20 sts. In () then sc 9, then 3sc in next st, then sc in last st. Iam only using 213 sts and I have left over at end of row. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks. I love the pattern be the way.
I would just SC the last couple of stitches. It was a really free form pattern. I never tested it. Any time you run into left over stitches, just SC them.
SO AWESOME! I had some of Vanna’s Choice new Brick color, and it looks super awesome! Once I take better pics I’ll send them. Next one I’m going to do the “curly fat” rows on both sides. It’s super great as it is, but I love that you can make a whole bunch and have them all be slightly different. Just like real slices of bacon!
I also wanted a “fluffier” fabric, so I used the hook size suggested on the skein (J) for the single yarn rows, and a size N for two. Not that I needed to use one that big to handle both strands, but I like the way the bigger stitches look placed in the middle of the bacon. 🙂

This sounds excellent – hard to wait! Love the new plan – especially love the picture part because I am a visual person & like to see if what I am making is coming out like it is suppose to.
I’m kind of confused on round 10… I’ve never made a loop stitch before.. I know it says that all Increases are loops unless otherwise specified, but if I do that on round 10, it kinda looks wierd. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Make sure that your have turned it so the wrong side is facing. The loop stitch goes out. And I think you may be talking about the (4sc, inc) section. Those are not loop stitches. Thank you for letting me know it was unclear. There will be a flat set of stitches on the bottom so it lays flat and the loop stitches are around the sides and top. I will make a note to edit this and make it clearer.

The small claw is crocheted to the large claw. You crochet around the large claw and then the small one. You then just continue in the round. There will be a tiny hole that you will need to sew up later.

My family (who, incidentally, is related to the great Woody Hayes) is from Columbus, and my grandfather used to usher at the Horseshoe at every home game. (Only missed two games in 30+ years!) Start with a longer chain. Then adjust the pattern by how many you increased either at the end or beginning of each row, It is a fairly freeform pattern.

Hi I’m trying to figure out how to start the head with the chain eight then the 5 sc 3sc etc and honestly has me a bit lost could you break it down for me on how I should get started does it start with a magic circle ?
It is an oval increase, not a circle. Chain 8, turn and SC in 2nd chain from hook. The Sc for 5 more stitches. You will place 3 SC in the last stitch and then you work the rest on the other side of your 1st 6 stitches. Do you have a revised pattern? The body count is off too I noticed it in the first row of orange. For row 18 of the head I did 6sc, 6inc, 7sc, 7 invisible dec, 3sc. Tail I’m just doing a row of straight sc to catch up with your numbers

Having trouble starting is it ch5 1sc in 2nd ch than 2 sc in 3 ch than skip 4 ch and 3 sc in 5th ch than turn and 3 sc in all stitches on other side ? I hope you can understand what I am saying?
SC in the 2nd chain from hook. Sc in each of the next two stitches, 3 SC in the 5th chain, turn SC in 3 of the stitches on the reverse side and then 3 SC in the beginning loop. This gives you an oval to start with. 3 stitches on each end with 3 stitches on each side in between the ends. Hope this helped.

My apologies. This pattern isn’t tested and it looks like I added a few extra rows. Just do a SC row for Row 37. The decreases aren’t necessary for the shaping. I will edit the online pattern.

I’m working on this vulpix pattern and it has been super. However, I’m up to the tail and I’m very confused about how to make the tail curls. I’m sure it’s user error, but is there another way you could explain 3SC to row 3? Thanks so much!
You will actually go to row three and SC into three stitches to make the curl, then back to the row you were working. If you don’t like this part or continue to have difficulty, you can make it straight and sew the curl in.

I use an E, but you can use whatever size makes your stitches tight enough to keep the stuffing in. A larger hook, will result in a larger finished toy.

Hi! love this pattern so far, but can you please explain the plaiting on the tail? what are the unworked loops? how many should i have? what should it look like when i’m done? also, how should i sc the opening together? thanks!
Starting in Row 36 you do a few rows in the Back loops only. The unworked loops are the remaining loops in those rows. You will have six rows of plating. It will look like a row of ruffles going down the back of the piece.
To sc an opening together, you fold the opening in half and SC through both stitches to close it.
Glad to have Brutus pattern. BODY rows 7 to 9 use grey then change to red for rows 9 to 12. Numbers are conflicting. Would be helpful if all rows are numbered.

Followed your pattern stitches are correct each row but head and body don’t match up to sew together. Feel like part of head pattern missing after eyes and mouth say fasten off?? Body so small confused……
Are you making the top of head to close it up? It is the next section after head. The neck and the body won’t match up as the body is much smaller than the head.

One of the poorest written patterns I’ve ever used. The increases make no sense. Round 1 is 18 stitches. Round 2 states 6 SC and 1 increase. It doesn’t work. 3 x 6 is 18. The way it’s written, it would require 21 stitches in round 1, not 18. I had to refigure every round.
So, I am wondering if you missed the part of the pattern that said to repeat the part in brackets.
You may have issues with how the pattern is showing on your device.
The actual text of Round 2 is – Round 2: [6 SC, (INC) 3 times] repeat bracket one more time [24].
This would make Round 2 written out as – SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, INC, INC, INC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, INC, INC, INC which equals 24 stitches. For an oval, I place the increases on the sides with the Single crochet in between. This continues for the next few rounds where the increases are on the sides and there are 6 increases per round.
If you missed the repeat that would make it hard.
But you are being rather mean about a free pattern.
I’m confused about the tails. It just ends with “Join with SL ST, Fasten Off.
Sew overlapping to bottom of lobster tail.” I have a long, skinny cone with an open end. So I close the end somehow? Do I sew it on with the open end or the pointy end facing away from the body? There’s no picture that shows the tail, so I can’t figure out how the tails work.
I am confused on the base of the claws. Where do I start the stitch? When it says join stitch does that mean I am joining the large claw with the small claw? Which side is the far side? Am I crocheting in the stitches of the claws?
You are crocheting around the parts of the claw. Big one, then little one. This makes one piece to finish the project. I go down one side of the big claw, then do the little claw and go back to the big claw. You will crochet into the stitches of the claw.

Thanks for visiting. An increase in crochet is two single crochet stitches in one stitch. There are no turns in this pattern and no joining stitches. It is worked in the round like amigurumi.

Hi there! I am making this tote for Mother’s day! My mom just loves sunflowers! I am just wondering which side of the bag is supposed to be the “right side”? I can’t really tell from the pictures! I assume the back loop crochets are supposed to form a sort of design (and therefore that is the right side), but also I have a section where you can see staggering where I have moved up with each round. Very cute bag-can’t wait to finish up and give it to my Mom!
The back loops should form the edge on the base so it goes from the bottom up to the side pattern. I hope that helps. Your mom is going to love it.

The connectors are like the legs that attach the claws to the body. There are 12 stitches in the second row of eyes. You do a normal increase and then do two hdc in the same stitch, then a normal increase and repeat.

I love this, I recently decided to make my niece a Bacon scarf, but the only ones out there were a huge intarsia chart or they were just striped. This one has great texture and is only two colors, but the two.strands together rows are genius. I am working on it with a brownish red chunky yarn and an off white tan-ish Homespun. It’s looking great, ill have to email you a picture when its done! There’s several site which have compiled Bacon scarf patterns, and your pattern isn’t on any of them, but then this one is much more recent. Great work, I love it!!!!!

If I do “sc, inc, sc” the stitch count doesn’t match.

In Round 8, (SC, INC, SC) is 4 stitches done 6 times will equal 24 stitches. You can do (2SC, INC) if you want. I do it this way so there isn’t a spiral indicating the increase stitches on the finished product.
As for 17-19 – the numbering program on my ipad decided to skip some lines and I didn’t notice it until now. Thank you for pointing it out.

First question- Do you only need one ball of each color of yarn? You don’t list a quantity in your supply list.

Oh my god this is so cool! It isn’t like a lot of other bacon patterns that just have stripes or whatever, this ACTUALLY looks like a strip of bacon. I think I’ll have to make this for my meatatarian friend for her birthday, haha. Great pattern!

on the top row 17 where it says sc top to bottom..Wha does top to bottom mean? I have never heard that term

So you did first 18 sc,then increase 1sc 3 times in the same row and then you did another row the same .

You continue the stitches around on the other side. The set up row had you crocheting 18 into your start chain, making three stitches in the last chain. Then you use the unused loops from the start chain (the reverse side) and repeat. Both sides of the set up chain are used.
How did you do your set up row, as I think that might be the issue?

All I can say is, I don’t get it. I have been crocheting for over 40 yrs and this just don’t add up. That is probably why that one woman’s Brobee turned out so big. She had to play with the stitches to make it right in the corners.
Brobee is supposed to be huge. He is almost 3 feet tall when finished. I would be happy to make the pattern clearer if there is a specific question to tell me what the problem is. The patterns are offered for free and I don’t have testers. Comments with specific problems or issues help me and others with the patterns. Comments like this are counterproductive.
OK…so on the area for the head where it says 30 rows sc with spring green is that 30 more rows or continue from row 12
It is 30 more rows of the Spring Green. This puts the head in proportion to the rest of his stripes.

One question. In the pattern there is a g hook and an h hook. It says e hook on Row 10. Is that supposed to be G?
I made it with an E hook and a H hook. Use the small hook when you are using one color and use the larger hook when you are using two colors.

I am so glad you like the other patterns. My lift went a little topsy turvy lately and I haven’t had much of a chance to crochet. I also have kids now through marriage and they are a bit old for Yo Gabba Gabba. I have it on my list of things to do. Sadly, I never seem to have any time to crochet. I usually use an E hook when doing stuffed creatures to make sure that the stitches are nice and tight and the stuffing doesn’t come out. Have fun.

This is my first attempt at Amigurumi and I’m confused. Is this worked in the round? And can you do it with the magic ring process instead if it is in the round? And do you chain any between the rows? Thanks!!

This project is worked in the round. I personally do not like the magic ring, but it is perfectly fine if you want to start your project that way. Do not chain between rounds. You will work in a continuous spiral around the body. The loop stitch shows on the wrong side of the fabric so when you are doing Helga’s quills, you will need to turn the project around. It says so in the pattern. Good luck and let me know if you have more questions.

I used less than one of each. If you want your bacon to be your own individual scarf, feel free to change the colors at random. I wrote down in the pattern when I changed them.

I just finished all my increases in the head and I’m starting on my rounds. After seeing all the comments about being confused on the increases, I thought I’d share a tip that worked for me. Mark the first increases at each end of the work with a contrasting yarn scrap or stitch marker. This will help you realize where those first stitches are so when you come back around you know where to put your next increases. I only had to do this for the first few rounds….then it was all counting! I hope this helps! Thank you so much for the free pattern! I can’t wait to finish this and give it to my daughter for her 2nd birthday!

Ok I have one question on row 4 you finish with 216 Sts. Which I have. So if I sc the first 2sts then do the () part which is 20 sts. In () then sc 9, then 3sc in next st, then sc in last st. Iam only using 213 sts and I have left over at end of row. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks. I love the pattern be the way.
I would just SC the last couple of stitches. It was a really free form pattern. I never tested it. Any time you run into left over stitches, just SC them.

SO AWESOME! I had some of Vanna’s Choice new Brick color, and it looks super awesome! Once I take better pics I’ll send them. Next one I’m going to do the “curly fat” rows on both sides. It’s super great as it is, but I love that you can make a whole bunch and have them all be slightly different. Just like real slices of bacon!
I also wanted a “fluffier” fabric, so I used the hook size suggested on the skein (J) for the single yarn rows, and a size N for two. Not that I needed to use one that big to handle both strands, but I like the way the bigger stitches look placed in the middle of the bacon. 🙂

I’m kind of confused on round 10… I’ve never made a loop stitch before.. I know it says that all Increases are loops unless otherwise specified, but if I do that on round 10, it kinda looks wierd. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Make sure that your have turned it so the wrong side is facing. The loop stitch goes out. And I think you may be talking about the (4sc, inc) section. Those are not loop stitches. Thank you for letting me know it was unclear. There will be a flat set of stitches on the bottom so it lays flat and the loop stitches are around the sides and top. I will make a note to edit this and make it clearer.

After making small claw I don’t understand what to do next.
The small claw is crocheted to the large claw. You crochet around the large claw and then the small one. You then just continue in the round. There will be a tiny hole that you will need to sew up later.

It ends up being about 48″ long give or take. You start with the E hook. Have fun making it.
I really love this! I work with a crazy lady who obsesses over her bacon and I’d love to make this for her!! I am just confused on what you mean for the increase? Is it in one loop? Start with a longer chain. Then adjust the pattern by how many you increased either at the end or beginning of each row, It is a fairly freeform pattern.

Hi I’m trying to figure out how to start the head with the chain eight then the 5 sc 3sc etc and honestly has me a bit lost could you break it down for me on how I should get started does it start with a magic circle ?
It is an oval increase, not a circle. Chain 8, turn and SC in 2nd chain from hook. The Sc for 5 more stitches. You will place 3 SC in the last stitch and then you work the rest on the other side of your 1st 6 stitches. Actually it looks like I left out a couple of rows when typing:
Rounds 11-12: 2 rows SC [30 stitches per row]
Round 13: (2 SC, INC, 2 SC) 6 times [36].
Round 14: (5 SC, INC) 6 times [42]
Rounds 15-17: SC in each stitch for 4 rows [42 stitches per row]
Round 18: 7 SC, 7 INC, 11 SC, 7 DEC, 3 SC. [42]
Rounds 19-21: SC in each stitch for 3 rows [42 stitches per row].
Round 22: (5 SC, DEC) 6 times [36].

When I do Row 5 I have done it three times now and can’t seem to end up 227 stitches……

I would just SC the last couple of stitches. It was a really free form pattern. I never tested it. Any time you run into left over stitches, just SC them.
I had 14 stitches left over rather than 12. I’ve just sc the extra two. I’m nervous it will throw off the peaks a bit, but it still looks fun.

Donna, I’m glad that you like him. As designed he is about 8 inches tall, which would be a pretty big ornament.
Having trouble starting is it ch5 1sc in 2nd ch than 2 sc in 3 ch than skip 4 ch and 3 sc in 5th ch than turn and 3 sc in all stitches on other side ? I hope you can understand what I am saying?

SC in the 2nd chain from hook. Sc in each of the next two stitches, 3 SC in the 5th chain, turn SC in 3 of the stitches on the reverse side and then 3 SC in the beginning loop. This gives you an oval to start with. 3 stitches on each end with 3 stitches on each side in between the ends. Hope this helped.

My apologies. This pattern isn’t tested and it looks like I added a few extra rows. Just do a SC row for Row 37. The decreases aren’t necessary for the shaping. I will edit the online pattern.

Yes, they are made in the round. I do not use a magic ring. I use the 2 stitch method instead.

I’m having trouble with round 8 in the legs. The count doesn’t add up?
Round 7 has 8 stitches. If you do two decreases in the first 4 stitches, you will have 4 stitches left which is enough to do a SC, 2 INC and a SC.
Where exactly are you having an issue?
I think I was only decreasing 2, not doing 2 decreases. So I was working over 2 stitches not 4!

I’m working on this vulpix pattern and it has been super. However, I’m up to the tail and I’m very confused about how to make the tail curls. I’m sure it’s user error, but is there another way you could explain 3SC to row 3? Thanks so much!
You will actually go to row three and SC into three stitches to make the curl, then back to the row you were working. If you don’t like this part or continue to have difficulty, you can make it straight and sew the curl in.
Hello Wendy! I was looking at your Brutis from Ohio State. The pattern that I was looking at didnt say once what size crochet needle that I needed to use?
I use an E, but you can use whatever size makes your stitches tight enough to keep the stuffing in. A larger hook, will result in a larger finished toy.

I’m puzzled. What are the instructions beyond finishing the lower beak. You mention sewing instructions are the same as for upper beak but there are NO instructions for sewing upper beak
And is this a pattern for the entire bird or just the head.
The red angry bird really is just a head.
Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing. Fold in half on the
diagonal. Fold in half to make an open triangle for the beak.
Then you sew it on.

Starting in Row 36 you do a few rows in the Back loops only. The unworked loops are the remaining loops in those rows. You will have six rows of plating. It will look like a row of ruffles going down the back of the piece.
To sc an opening together, you fold the opening in half and SC through both stitches to close it.

Glad to have Brutus pattern. BODY rows 7 to 9 use grey then change to red for rows 9 to 12. Numbers are conflicting. Would be helpful if all rows are numbered.

This is an untested version of the tested pattern. Row 13 you should have 48 stitches. Row 35 you should have 36 stitches

Followed your pattern stitches are correct each row but head and body don’t match up to sew together. Feel like part of head pattern missing after eyes and mouth say fasten off?? Body so small confused……
Are you making the top of head to close it up? It is the next section after head. The neck and the body won’t match up as the body is much smaller than the head.

One of the poorest written patterns I’ve ever used. The increases make no sense. Round 1 is 18 stitches. Round 2 states 6 SC and 1 increase. It doesn’t work. 3 x 6 is 18. The way it’s written, it would require 21 stitches in round 1, not 18. I had to refigure every round.
So, I am wondering if you missed the part of the pattern that said to repeat the part in brackets.
You may have issues with how the pattern is showing on your device.
The actual text of Round 2 is – Round 2: [6 SC, (INC) 3 times] repeat bracket one more time [24].
This would make Round 2 written out as – SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, INC, INC, INC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, SC, INC, INC, INC which equals 24 stitches. For an oval, I place the increases on the sides with the Single crochet in between. This continues for the next few rounds where the increases are on the sides and there are 6 increases per round.
If you missed the repeat that would make it hard.
But you are being rather mean about a free pattern.
I’m confused about the tails. It just ends with “Join with SL ST, Fasten Off.
Sew overlapping to bottom of lobster tail.” I have a long, skinny cone with an open end. So I close the end somehow? Do I sew it on with the open end or the pointy end facing away from the body? There’s no picture that shows the tail, so I can’t figure out how the tails work.
Fold closed. Don’t stuff. Sew straight/open side to the edge of tail with the pointy end facing away.

I am confused on the base of the claws. Where do I start the stitch? When it says join stitch does that mean I am joining the large claw with the small claw? Which side is the far side? Am I crocheting in the stitches of the claws?
You are crocheting around the parts of the claw. Big one, then little one. This makes one piece to finish the project. I go down one side of the big claw, then do the little claw and go back to the big claw. You will crochet into the stitches of the claw.
I’m confused by this section of the base:
3-7. SC Rows
4. *3sc, dec* around, sc remaining stitches (should be 3)
5. SC row
6. *2sc, dec* around sc remaining stitches
7. SC row
Rows 3-7 are SC rows, but then the next row is row 4 after completing row 3-7? Thank you for this adorable pattern.
This looks like a formatting error from when I transferred it from Word.
