Final Part of the MCAL

Have you figured out which 80s character the MCAL is? It’s from an old video game.

Here’s the last part.

SNOUT  – in orange neon

When you make your initial chain stitch, use a long string.

Ch 2,

Round 1:  6 SC in 2nd Ch from hook [6].

Round 2: INC in each stitch [12].

Round 3: (SC, INC) 6 times [18].

Round 4: (SC, INC, SC) 6 times [24].

Round 5: SC in BLOs [24].

Round 6: (2 SC, INC) 6 times [18].

Rounds 7-8: 2 rows SC [18 stitches per row].

Round 9: (SC, DEC) 6 times [12].

Rounds 10-11: 2 rows SC [12 stitches per row].

Round 12: DEC 6 times [6].

Round 13: SC row [6].

Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Pull initial string down to make the nose concave and secure it down.

Sew to the body.

Yep that’s Q-bert. He’s so cute. I just want to squeeze him.

I’m glad I did this, so I could fix the problems with the pattern. I’ll repost the Q-bert pattern with the errors fixed.
